It features a central blue sapphire measuring 0.40ct with 7 brilliant cut diamonds either side. The diamonds are expertly flush set, using a technique referred to as 'rub over'. 
 
The finely detailed round band features tiny drilled holes, that rise up from the ring into the setting.
